For the peanut butter buttercream::

  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 5 oz confectioner's sugar, by weight (1 cup, measured)
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Preheat the range to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin tin accompanied by news liners.
