Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 5 cups additional blueberries, divided
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 refrigerated pie end (9 inches), baked
Directions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cornstarch, seasoning including water till smooth. Add 3 cups blueberries. Bring to a boil; cook including blend appropriate to 2 minutes or till thickened including bubbly.
- Remove from the heat. Add butter, lemon juice including remaining berries; blend till butter is melted. Cool. Pour into pastry shell. Refrigerate till serving.
