To my small man, chocolate is leading all around. Everything has to be chocolate. Chocolate is just the leading thing within the earth to him and nothing else compares. Ingredients
Cupcakes:
- 4 egg whites room temperature
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups all reason flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- __
- 1/3 cup unseweet cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- __
- 2 oz semi-sweet burning chocolate melted
Instructions
Cupcakes:
Preheat the oven to 350 and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
Sift flour, burning soda, salt and burning dust together and set aside.
