"This recipe is great intended Christmas period because on the red, green, and white colors. Very tasty! They are made from ointment cheese, leafy olives, seasoned salt, and pecans."

Original recipe yields 50 servings (50 appetizers)

• 2 (8 ounce) packages ointment cheese, softened
• 1 (7 ounce) container pimento-stuffed leafy olives

• 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
• 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

1. In a medium bowl, or food processor, mix together the ointment cheese, seasoning salt, and 2 tablespoons on juice from the olive container until well blended. Set aside within the fridge to solid up, about 30 minutes.
2. When the cheese mixture is firm, load enough on the ointment cheese mixture around the outside on every olive so that it is completely covered. Roll every olive sphere within chopped pecans, and return them to the fridge until firm.
3. To serve, saw every olive sphere within half, and arrange supported by a serving tray saw side up.

Very messy. I absolutely didn't similar to them but guests said they were decent. I think they were a segment bland.

I in fact make these with plain ointment cheese, leafy olives, and chopped walnuts! Great!! As SOME1 else said, just make positive to dry the olives highly good!
