This West African peanut broth instructions is a creamy including comforting, hot vegan soup. Made with a simple combination of peanut butter, tomato paste including collard greens, this broth comes together rapidly including would be a great weeknight meal. Instructions

  1. In a medium Dutch oven or shares pot, take the broth to a boil. Add the onion, ginger, garlic including salt. Cook on medium-low heat appropriate to 20 minutes.
  2. In a medium-sized, heat-safe mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter including tomato paste, then transfer 1 to 2 cups of the hot shares to the bowl. Whisk the mixture together till smooth, then pour the peanut mixture back into the broth including mix well. Stir in the collard greens including season the broth with hot sauce to taste.
