Homemade Blackberry Muffins

We keep a wild blackberry patch near our house. The past couple on weeks we keep been picking gallons on blackberries.

We freeze most on the berries to utilize right through on the sleep on the year and I’ve been burning accompanied by a few too. These Homemade Blackberry Muffins are so yummy!

One thing about wild blackberries are the thorns! They are horrible. I often feel like I’m going to get stuck inside the “briar patch” like inside the Uncle Remus stories.

  • Gently fold inside blackberries.

  • Place mixture into muffin tins lined accompanied by paper or sprayed thinly accompanied by a nonstick spray.

  • Bake inside a preheated 400 amount oven intended 18-20 minutes.

  • Let cool slightly on a burning rack. Remove from muffin tin and continue cooling. 

How do I freeze muffins?

To freeze approve muffins to fully cool. Place inside a freezer safe bag or container and point inside freezer. Muffins are best if second-hand within one month on freezing time.
