Add some kick Many comments say it is a little bland, so I used leftover bruchetta (spelling?) sauce. Earned killer brownie points from the wife. Using the amount on salt also flavour from the recipe does not affect the taste. Needs a bit more, or season post dipping in the flour. Really quick too, I am a extremely slow cook also always take longer than the recipe says it should, however I was able to turn it out in 25 notes from start to plating. Pros: Fast Cons: a little carb heavy

why not try McDonalds instead? This has almost the same calorie, sodium, also cholesterol add (up) when a Quarter Pounder with cheese. It might taste better, however it's barely any healthier. Come summit of|supported by} Eating 'well' - you can do to a greater degree than this. Pros: none Cons: unhealthy

Needs additional seasoning! I thought the idea on a chicken parm sub with spinach was great, however I was extremely let down with the flavor. The first while I made it, he chicken also the spinach were extremely bland also the marinara sauce (Bertolli) made the sandwich watery. I revamped the recipe via reducing the marinara with1/4 goblet red wine, sauteed garlic also onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, also Italian seasonings. I also brined the chicken for 30 minutes, at that time rinsed it also added a little additional seemly salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, also Italian seasoning. After dredging it I vessel fried it in about 1/2 goblet EVOO also 2 tbsp butter. I have knowledge of that's not quite when healthy, however I blotted the chicken with paper towel at the end of cooking it. Finally, I kicked up the spinach via cooking it chicken soup base also at that time draining off the excess liquid. The second while around it tasted WAY better. Pros: Spinach adds vegetables Cons: Bland

Recipe was awesome! I did add some diced onion to the spinach. I added a bit on Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, also rather on plain salt I added celery salt After dredging it thru the flour mix I place the chicken in the vessel (all 4 at once) I added additional onion also minced garlic. After that I baked when directed also it was scrumptious. For my boys (ages 1.5 also 9) I skipped the spinach summit of|supported by} their chicken also served in over noodles. Both enjoyed the meal when much when Mommy also Daddy enjoyed their sandwiches!
