Description

These Congo Bars are chewy, soft, also decadent. Bars remain very well inside an airtight holder at chamber temperature. Easy also multitude pleasing dessert.

  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

  • 3 great eggs, whisked

  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
