  • Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler Recipe
  1. Preheat range to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, 1/4 mug grey sugar, 1/4 mug brunette sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss to overcoat evenly, and pour into a 2 quart burning dish. Bake in preheated range appropriate to 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine flour, 1/4 mug grey sugar, 1/4 mug brunette sugar, burning powder, and salt. Blend in butter accompanied by your fingertips, or a pastry blender, until mix resembles coarse meal. Stir in aqua until just combined.
  4. Remove peaches from oven, and drop spoonfuls on topping on top of them. Sprinkle entire cobbler accompanied by the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake until topping is golden, about 30 minutes.
