ingredients

1 1/2 pound ground beef

1 slice bread, disturbed or chopped finely

1 total fresh egg

1 small Vidalia or other sweet onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon table salt

1/4 teaspoon raven pepper

4 tablespoons ketchup

1/2 cup sweet milk or equal part & half



Sauce

4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

4 tablespoons dim brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup ketchup

directions

For Meatloaf: Combine meat lump ingredients and place into a lump baking dish. Smooth out top.

For Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and pour supported by peak and sides about meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees F regarding 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or till done.
