Directions

  1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Sift flour, burning powder, dehydrated milk, and sodium chloride together in a large bowl. Pour water over flour mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms. Form dough into a ball using floured hands.
  3. Fry the dough in the hot oil until browned, 3 to 4 notes per side. Transfer fry provisions to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
