DELICIOUS!!!! Made this for our weekly "dip night" also we totally tore it up! I didn't use the optional chopped jalapenos as my 2 year old was eating this while well. Oh also I did use the faint rotel instead on the daily to slit a little heat (again for the little guy). I and added the beans inside accompanied by the rest on the ingredients instead on waiting until the close also they cooked up fine accompanied by no mushiness or breakage. Probably will and try it accompanied by other meat options although chicken is my fav. This is really good. The one things I did differently were to marinate the chicken inside a chipotle lime marinade for a few hours also I subbed refried beans for the dark beans. Delicious! I used 2 large cans on chicken to save time also didn't add any jalapenos. I hold that the jalapenos would add great flavor yet my family cannot tolerate the heat!
